This page contains important details regarding your new VSP Vision Plan. You'll be able to download your summary of benefits, access the VSP member portal, search for in-network providers, and find the answers to our most frequently asked questions. Before scrolling further, please note, this page is for those who are enrolled in a VSP Vision plan. If you are not yet enrolled, please reach out to your broker. Next Steps
Now that you've enrolled in a VSP Vision Plan, there are a few things you should do. Check off each item from the list below and don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.
Please allow 7-10 business days for VSP to process your enrollment. At that time, please go to VSP.com/create-account and create an account. Once you have set up your account, you will be able to view your benefits and download your ID card.
Note: You will need your member ID number to create your account. You can locate your member ID number in the email confirmation we sent to you following your enrollment. If you have any trouble locating it, please send an email to contact@wiswellinsurance.com.
Download and print your summary of benefits by scrolling to the bottom of this page to the section titled Summary of Benefits. Click the name of your plan to download.
