We are here to support you throughout your coverage period. If you have questions about your coverage, how to access your ID card, how to change your payment information...whatever it is, we are here to answer your questions. You won't need to sit on hold for hours waiting to speak to a customer service rep from the insurance company, you can reach out to us on our direct line or schedule a call at a specific time that works best for you.

ACA plans are best for covering any pre-existing conditions. Individuals and families can potentially qualify for a monthly subsidy depending on income and family size. A Special Enrollment Period is required in order to enroll outside of Open Enrollment. Open Enrollment is November 1 – January 15.

  • When is open enrollment?

    Open Enrollment is November 1st  through January 15th. During this time anyone can enroll in a health plan. If you enroll in a plan between November 1st and December 15th, your coverage will start on January 1st. If you enroll in a plan between December 16th and January 15th, your coverage will begin February 1st. Individuals and families will need to have a Special Enrollment Period, such as marriage, a recent move to the state, or birth of a child, to enroll outside of the Open Enrollment dates.

  • Is there a cost for using an insurance broker?

    There is no charge for utilizing a broker.

  • Does health insurance cover pre-existing conditions?

    Yes, certain plans cover pre-existing conditions. A broker can help you determine the best plan for you.

  • Will my medical plan cover dental and vision?

    No, dental and vision require separate policies. However, most plans cover pediatric dental and vision.
