  • How do I make a payment?

    You can make your payment by calling (844) 442-4106 and selecting option 2.

  • I have a question about my plan benefits.

  • When will I receive my member ID card?

    Once your payment has been processed, Select Health will mail your member ID cards to you. Cards typically arrive 10-14 business days following the receipt of your payment. If you did not receive your cards, please contact Select Health Member Services at (800) 538-5038.
