Next Steps
Now that you've enrolled in a Kaiser Health Plan, there are a few things you should do. Check off each item from the list below and don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.
Please allow 7-10 business days for Kaiser to process your enrollment. Once processed, you will need to contact Kaiser Member Services at (866) 437-2972 to submit your payment. Your enrollment is not complete until you have submitted your payment. If you wish, you can also set up autopay at this time to ensure you don't miss a payment. Once they receive your payment, they will mail your member ID cards to you. Cards typically arrive 10-14 business days following the submission of your payment.
NOTE: If you are renewing your plan, Kaiser will continue to process your payment according to your current billing preferences. You do not need to contact them unless you would like to update your billing information. However, please double check to ensure your January premium payment was drafted.
