    Contact Kaiser Member Services at (866) 437-2972.

  • When will I receive my member ID card?

    Once your payment has been processed, Kaiser will mail your member ID cards to you. Cards typically arrive 10-14 business days following the receipt of your payment. If you did not receive your cards, please contact Kaiser Member Services at (866) 437-2972.

  • How do I contact Kaiser Member Services?

    Kaiser Member Services can be reached at (866) 437-2972. Available M - F, 8am - 6pm.

  • I can't remember the name of my plan.

    Send an email to contact@wiswellinsurance.com and we'll respond with the name of your plan.
