There are two ways to enroll in a plan with Delta Dental: directly with Delta Dental on their website or through the Connect for Health Colorado Exchange. 

If you enrolled in a plan directly with Delta Dental, either on your own or with one of our brokers, payment for your first month's premium was submitted using the billing details you provided. Going forward, your premium will be drafted automatically on the 27th of each month. 

If you enrolled in a plan through Connect for Health Colorado, your payment was not submitted with your enrollment. You will need to contact Delta Dental Member Services at (888) 899-3734 to submit your payment. Be sure to register for access to the member portal to manage future payments.

Delta Dental offers an online client portal where you can print your ID card, update your account details, view benefits and eligibility, and much more. Click the link below to get started. If you enrolled in a plan through Connect for Health Colorado (or the Progressive plan), your coverage provides access to the Delta Dental PPO network.

If you enrolled in a plan directly with Delta Dental (Basic, Clear, Enhanced, Premium, or Max 5000), your coverage provides access to the Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier network.
