You'll be able to download your summary of benefits, access the Cigna portal, learn how to make your payment, and find the answers to our most frequently asked questions. Before scrolling further, please note, this page is for those who are enrolled in a Cigna plan. If you are not yet enrolled, please reach out to your broker. Next Steps
Now that you've enrolled in a Cigna Health Plan, there are a few things you should do. Check off each item from the list below and don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.
Please allow 7-10 business days for Cigna to process your enrollment. Once processed, please submit your payment. Your enrollment is not complete until you have submitted your payment. You can make your payment by calling Cigna Member Services at (877) 900-1237 or by going to http://www.cigna.com/ifp-payment and submitting your payment online. If you wish, you can also set up autopay at this time to ensure you don't miss a payment. Once they receive your payment, they will mail your member ID cards to you. Cards typically arrive 10-14 business days following the submission of your payment.
Note: If you are renewing your plan, Cigna will continue to process your payment according to your current billing preferences. You do not need to contact them unless you would like to update your billing information. However, please double check to ensure your January premium payment was drafted.

Once your payment has been processed, Cigna will mail your member ID cards to you. Cards typically arrive 10-14 business days following the receipt of your payment. If you did not receive your cards, please contact Cigna Member Services at (877) 900-1237.
