You'll be able to download your summary of benefits, learn how to make your payment, and find the answers to our most frequently asked questions. Before scrolling further, please note, this page is for those who are enrolled in an Anthem plan. If you are not yet enrolled, please reach out to your broker. Next Steps
Now that you've enrolled in an Anthem Health Plan, there are a few things you should do. Check off each item from the list below and don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.
Please allow 7-10 business days for Anthem to process your enrollment. Once processed, please contact Anthem Member Services at (855) 453-7031 to submit your payment. Your enrollment is not complete until you have submitted your payment. If you wish, you can also set up autopay at this time to ensure you don't miss a payment. Once they receive your payment, they will mail your member ID cards to you. Cards typically arrive 10-14 business days following the submission of your payment.
Note: If you are renewing your plan, Anthem will continue to process your payment according to your current billing preferences. You do not need to contact them unless you would like to update your billing information. However, please double check to ensure your January premium payment was drafted.
Download and print your summary of benefits by scrolling to the bottom of this page to the section titled Summary of Benefits. Click the name of your plan to download. Can't remember the name of your plan? Send an email to contact@wiswellinsurance.com.
Your enrollment in an Anthem Health plan includes access to an online member portal. Through the portal you can track claims, access your member ID card, update your payment information, and much more. Click the button below to get started.

Login to your Connect for Health account. Scroll down to the section - Additional resources. Click the blue hyperlink under, "Do you want to upload or review documents?" Under the section - Past Documents and Letters - you will see a document titled "IND_IRS 1095A Tax Form". Click the drop-down arrow, then click Download.
