Now that you've enrolled in a plan with Delta Dental, there are a few things you should do. Please see below and let us know if you have any questions!

  • Step 1: Billing

    Payment for your first month's premium was submitted using the billing details you provided. Going forward, your premium will be drafted automatically on the 27th of each month. If you need to make any changes to your billing details, please contact Delta Dental Member Services at (888) 899-3734.


    Note:  If you are renewing your plan, your payment will continue to be drafted according to your current billing preferences.


  • Step 2: Member Portal

    Delta Dental offers an online client portal where you can print your ID card, update your account details, view benefits and eligibility, and much more. Click the link below to get started. You will need your member ID number to create an account. This was included in the confirmation email we sent you. If you have any questions, send an email to contact@wiswellinsurance.com.

  • Step 3: Locate a Provider

    Your coverage provides access to the Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier network. Click the link below to locate a provider.

    If you have any questions regarding billing or you would like to request a hard copy of your member ID card, please contact Delta Dental Member Services at (888) 899-3734. If you have any questions regarding your plan benefits, please don't hesitate to contact your broker or send an email to contact@wiswellinsurance.com.

  • Step 1: Billing

    Please allow 7-10 business days for Delta Dental to process your enrollment. Once processed, you will need to contact them at (800) 610-0201 to make your first payment. You can also set up autopay at that time. Your member ID card(s) should arrive approximately 7-10 business days following the submission of your first payment.


    Note: If you are renewing your plan, Delta Dental will continue to process your payment according to your current billing preferences. However, please double check to ensure your premium drafts.
