1. Make your initial premium payment and set up autopay.
- New Enrollments - Please wait 5-7 days to ensure Anthem has processed your application, then call 855-453-7031 to submit your payment and set up autopay.
- Renewing your plan for 2025 - Anthem will continue to process your payment according to your current billing preferences, but please double check this in January to ensure it was completed.
2. Download your summary of benefits.
Download and print your summary of benefits by scrolling to the bottom of this page. Click the name of your plan to download. Can't remember your plan name? Send an email to contact@wiswellinsurance.com.
3. Register for access to the Anthem member portal.
Your enrollment in an Anthem Health plan includes access to an online member portal. Through the portal you can track claims, access your member ID card, update your payment information, and much more. Click the button below to get started.
Note: You will need your member ID number, which can be found on your member ID card, to complete your registration.
4. Search for covered prescriptions.
