Next Steps

1. Make your initial premium payment and set up autopay.

  • New Enrollments - There are two options for submitting your payment: Online through a secure link (preferred) or by calling Anthem Member Services. Once your application has been approved, we will email you a link and an Application ID to submit your payment. If you'd prefer to call, please wait 5-7 days to ensure Anthem has processed your application, then call 855-453-7031.  When navigating the phone prompts, please answer "no" when asked about sending a text.   • Renewing your plan - Anthem will continue to process your payment according to your current billing preferences, but please double check this in January to ensure it was completed.

2. Save your summary of benefits for future reference.

If you need your summary of benefits sent to you, please send your request to contact@wiswellinsurance.com.

3. Register for access to the Anthem member portal.

Your enrollment in an Anthem Health plan includes access to an online member portal. Through the portal you can track claims, access your member ID card, update your payment information, and much more. Click the button below to get started.


Note: You will need your member ID number, which can be found on your member ID card, to complete your registration.

4. Search for covered prescriptions.

Locate in-network doctors and facilities by selecting the tab for your network and following the instructions. No referral required to see a specialist.

2. Click the link - Basic search as a guest.

3. Using the drop-down menus, select the following:

  • Select the type of plan or network - Medical Plan or Network (may also include dental, vision, or pharmacy benefits)
  • Select the state where the plan or network is offered - Colorado
  • Select how you get health insurance - Medical (Individual & Families)
  • Select a plan or network - select Pathway Essentials HMO or Pathway Essentials Standard HMO, depending on your plan

4. Click Continue.
